RUTZ.IN exists to make a chauffeured black car in India as predictable as one in London or New York: a fixed fare, a verified chauffeur, a current vehicle and a phone that answers, in every city that matters and at every airport in the country.
The company
One contracting party, every city
Every booking on this site is confirmed, dispatched and supported by RUTZ.IN. Vehicles come from the RUTZ.IN operator network in each city, held to one standard on vehicle age, chauffeur verification and pricing. Outside India, Limousine Association International affiliates carry the journey and we remain the company you deal with.
The fleet
Black, current, detailed
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Kia in eight classes from the E-Class to the executive van, each listed with the seats and bags it really carries. Nothing on the fleet carries a logo, and nothing stays in service long enough to look tired.
The chauffeurs
Verified, uniformed, briefed
Commercial permits, police verification, background checks, English and the language of the city, and training in the etiquette of executive and hospitality work. Chauffeurs on confidential engagements sign the client's paperwork; chauffeurs on touring bookings are kept for the whole trip.
How we work
A desk, not an app
The reservation desk is staffed around the clock by people who can see the dispatch board. Bookings arrive by the online booker, by phone, by chat, by WhatsApp and by email; each one is read by a coordinator before it is dispatched, which is how a wedding planner's manifest, a film unit's call sheet and a visiting executive's four-day schedule become vehicles at the right door at the right time.
We publish what we know. Every airport page names the meeting point; every city guide names the stations and the districts; every blog entry names its source. Where we do not know a figure, we say so rather than round it.
