RUTZ.IN dispatches through a network of vetted owner-operator chauffeurs and local limousine companies. Two registration forms below, one for each; both list every document the desk checks before an onboarding call, so the application is complete the first time.
Owner-operator chauffeur
You drive your own Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota Fortuner, Innova Hycross, Kia Carnival or similar, on a commercial permit, and want RUTZ.IN airport, corporate and touring work in your city.
Owner-operator form →Limousine or fleet company
You run a licensed fleet with chauffeurs and a dispatch desk, and want to be the RUTZ.IN affiliate for your city or region, including overflow from the other 31 cities.
Company form →Every document is checked against the issuing authority (Parivahan, the state transport authority, the insurer, the GST portal) before the onboarding call. Applications with an expired permit, fitness certificate, insurance or licence are held until the renewal is uploaded.
Owner-operators
Owner-operator chauffeur registration
For a chauffeur who owns or leases a premium car on a commercial registration and drives it personally. RUTZ.IN work is pre-booked, fixed-fare and paid to your bank on settlement; you keep your own clients.
Vehicles we take from owner-operators
Black, white or silver exterior, clean beige or black leather, working air-conditioning and rear charging. Registration year is asked on the form; the desk decides case by case for older cars in exceptional condition.
What you need before you start
- Driving licence with the transport (commercial) endorsement, valid, in your name; the state commercial or PSV badge where your state issues one.
- Registration certificate (RC) for the vehicle, commercial (yellow-plate) registration, in your name or with the financier's hypothecation shown.
- Permit: All India Tourist Permit (AITP) or the state contract-carriage or taxi permit, valid, matching the RC.
- Fitness certificate and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, both valid.
- Commercial motor insurance with passenger liability cover, valid, matching the RC.
- Police verification or character certificate for the driver from the state police, or consent to RUTZ.IN obtaining one.
- Identity and tax: Aadhaar, PAN; GSTIN if you are registered.
- Bank: cancelled cheque or passbook page for settlements.
- Photographs: the car from four sides and the interior; a recent photograph of you in chauffeur dress.
- Optional: airport entry or taxi pass, medical fitness certificate (Form 1A) if your licence renewal required one, training certificates.
Scans as PDF, JPG or PNG, under 8 MB each. Documents are stored outside the public website and are seen only by the verification desk.
Limousine and fleet companies
Affiliate company registration
For licensed operators with a fleet, chauffeurs on the payroll and a desk that answers at night. Affiliates take RUTZ.IN bookings in their city under RUTZ.IN service standards and pass their own overflow to the network.
Fleet classes we dispatch through affiliates
List every class you run on the form below; vintage cars, stretch limousines and coaches are dispatched through affiliates only, so companies holding them are especially welcome.
What the desk checks
- Entity: certificate of incorporation, LLP agreement, partnership deed or proprietorship proof; company PAN; GSTIN.
- Transport licences: Rent-a-Cab Scheme 1989 licence from the state transport authority where held; contract-carriage and All India Tourist Permits for the fleet.
- Local registrations: trade licence or Shops and Establishments registration for the office; Ministry of Tourism approved tourist transport operator recognition if held.
- Fleet list: every vehicle with registration, class, year, permit, fitness, PUC and insurance expiry; count of electric vehicles.
- Chauffeur roster: licences with transport endorsement, badges, police verification and uniform standard for each chauffeur.
- Insurance: commercial motor policies with passenger liability across the fleet; public liability cover if held.
- Operations: office address, 24-hour dispatch number, airport permits and passes, cities and routes covered.
- Bank: cancelled cheque in the company name; two corporate references are welcome.
- Memberships: associations and directories you are listed in.
Upload the fleet list and roster as spreadsheets exported to PDF, or photographs of each document. Everything is stored outside the public website and seen only by the verification desk.
How onboarding works
From application to first booking
Verify
Licence, permit, fitness, PUC and insurance are checked against Parivahan and the insurer; the entity against the GST portal; the chauffeur against the police certificate.
Inspect
A video or in-person inspection of the vehicle and a conversation with the chauffeur in English, covering the RUTZ.IN standards: name board, water, phone charger, dress, no smoking, no upselling.
Agree
Rates by vehicle class and city, settlement cycle, cancellation terms and the duty-of-care rules, in a written affiliate agreement.
Dispatch
Bookings arrive with the passenger's name, flight or train, pickup point and fixed fare; the desk tracks the journey and the client rates it.
