Airport transfers in Hyderabad
Because Hyderabad has one terminal, the chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit whichever hall you clear, domestic or international, with a name board. The operator allows eight free minutes on the arrival ramp and tows anything left beyond fifteen, so the car is staged in the adjacent car park and pulled up to the ramp as you walk out; app cabs load from zones D1 to D7 in that car park and the prepaid counter from zone E, none of which you need. A transport help desk sits near Aero Plaza if you ever arrive without a booking. The chauffeur tracks the flight, and an early landing simply brings the car forward.
Routes and drive times from HYD
The elevated PV Narasimha Rao Expressway runs 11.6 km from the airport link road towards Mehdipatnam and delivers Banjara Hills in about 33 km and 40 to 50 minutes, Jubilee Hills a few minutes further. For the western corridor the chauffeur turns onto the Outer Ring Road instead: HITEC City, Madhapur and the Financial District at Gachibowli are about 30 km and 35 to 45 minutes, the same road the operator uses for its Gachibowli airport bus. Begumpet and Secunderabad take about an hour through the city. The Falaknuma Palace is on the old-city side, a shorter run from the expressway exit.
Practical notes for HYD
Allow an hour and a quarter from Banjara Hills for a departure and an hour and a half from Gachibowli in the evening, when the Outer Ring Road interchanges back up. Night arrivals are easy, with the expressway quiet after eleven and the run to Banjara Hills under 40 minutes; the terminal and the pick-up zones work around the clock. The expressway toll and the Outer Ring Road toll are paid through FASTag by the chauffeur and itemised, and the airport ramp is free within the eight-minute window, which is why the car is held in the car park rather than at the kerb. For departures the drop is at the departure entry gates on the upper level.

Questions
Airport transfer in Hyderabad: frequently asked
Is there more than one terminal at Hyderabad?
No. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport has a single integrated terminal for domestic and international flights, so there is one arrivals exit and one meeting point. The chauffeur waits there with a name board and the car is brought to the arrival ramp from the adjacent car park.
How long does the run to HITEC City or Gachibowli take?
About 30 km by the Outer Ring Road and 35 to 45 minutes, sometimes under half an hour late at night. Banjara Hills is about 33 km by the elevated expressway and 40 to 50 minutes, and Secunderabad or Begumpet about an hour through the city.
Why is the car not waiting at the kerb?
The operator gives private cars eight free minutes on the arrival ramp and tows vehicles left beyond fifteen, so the chauffeur holds the car in the car park and pulls up the moment you clear the exit. It costs you nothing in time and avoids a ramp charge.
Do you cover late-night arrivals from the Gulf and Europe?
Yes. The terminal, the expressway and the pick-up zones run all night, the chauffeur tracks the flight, and the empty roads bring Banjara Hills down to under 40 minutes. Waiting time is on the reservation, so a late immigration queue does not change the fare.
