The airport pickup
Indira Gandhi International Airport to the city
At T3 the chauffeur waits inside the international arrivals hall with a name board, beside the exit from customs; at T1 the meeting point is outside the domestic arrivals gate on the pick-up lane. The drive to Connaught Place is about 16 km and takes 35 to 60 minutes depending on the hour; Aerocity hotels are less than 10 minutes away. The Dwarka Expressway and the Delhi-Gurugram stretch of NH48 carry airport traffic south, and the toll booths at Kherki Daula and on the Yamuna Expressway are paid by the chauffeur and itemised on the invoice.

Where a day in Delhi actually goes
Corporate work in Delhi means three separate clusters that an executive may need in one day: the ministries and embassies around Chanakyapuri and Lutyens Delhi, the courts at Patiala House and the Supreme Court on Tilak Marg, and the private-sector towers in Cyber City and Golf Course Road in Gurugram or Sector 62 in Noida. A typical eight-hour day-hire starts at an Aerocity or central hotel, covers two or three meetings across those clusters, and ends with a dinner in Khan Market or Mehrauli. The hospital belt (AIIMS, Apollo Sarita Vihar, Medanta in Gurugram, Fortis Vasant Kunj) is a regular medical-travel run.

Day trips, festivals and occasions from Delhi
Leisure passengers use Delhi as the base for the Golden Triangle: Agra by the Yamuna Expressway is a single-day return, Jaipur is better as an overnight, and Neemrana Fort is a lunch trip. Wedding season runs from November to February, with venues along the Chhatarpur farmhouse belt and in Aerocity; the chauffeur manages the baraat timing and the return runs. Rail passengers are met at New Delhi (NDLS) for the Shatabdi and Vande Bharat services, at Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM) for trains from the south and west, and at Anand Vihar (ANVT) for arrivals from the east.
