Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to the city
Hyderabad has one integrated terminal, so the chauffeur waits at the arrivals meeting point beside the exit from the domestic or international arrivals hall, whichever the passenger clears. The elevated PV Narasimha Rao Expressway runs 11.6 km from the airport link road towards Mehdipatnam, and Banjara Hills is about 33 km and 40 to 50 minutes. HITEC City, Madhapur and the Financial District at Gachibowli are about 30 km by the Outer Ring Road and 35 to 45 minutes; Secunderabad and Begumpet take an hour.

Where a day in Hyderabad actually goes
The western corridor is where most executive work happens: the Financial District at Gachibowli and Nanakramguda holds the large captive centres and banks, HITEC City and Madhapur the technology and consulting firms, and Genome Valley at Shameerpet the pharmaceutical and vaccine campuses about 40 km north-east. Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills carry the hotels and corporate houses, Begumpet and Somajiguda the older offices. A day-hire for a pharma visitor typically runs Banjara Hills to Genome Valley and back with a stop at a Madhapur meeting; the chauffeur sequences these by ORR interchange. Hospital runs go to Apollo Jubilee Hills, AIG Gachibowli and Yashoda Somajiguda.

Day trips, festivals and occasions from Hyderabad
Tourist hires cover the old city in a half day: Charminar, Chowmahalla Palace and the Salar Jung Museum in the morning, Golconda Fort for the afternoon light. Ramoji Film City is a full-day booking with the chauffeur waiting on site, and Nagarjunasagar or Warangal make a long day return. Wedding bookings peak from November to February at the Falaknuma Palace and the convention hotels in Madhapur. Rail arrivals are met at Secunderabad Junction (SC), Hyderabad Deccan at Nampally (HYB) or Kacheguda (KCG); Lingampally (LPI) is convenient for HITEC City and Gachibowli.
