The meeting circuit
Gurugram at nine, Connaught Place at eleven, Noida at three, the airport at seven. One car, one chauffeur, the bags in the boot all day, no car re-booked between meetings.
The city day
Old Delhi and Humayun's Tomb, or the Gateway, Kala Ghoda and Marine Drive, or Mysuru from Bengaluru, at your pace, with the parking and the pace handled by the chauffeur.
Shopping and errands
Chandni Chowk, Khan Market, Colaba Causeway, Commercial Street, the jewellers of Hyderabad: the car waits outside, the bags go in the boot, nothing is carried twice.

Minimums, overtime and what is inside the rate
- Minimums Four hours for sedans, SUVs and MPVs. Eight hours for vans and for outstation day hire, which also carries a kilometre allowance shown on the quote.
- Overtime Fifteen-minute steps at the same hourly rate. The chauffeur asks before the booked time ends whether you want to continue.
- Inside the rate Fuel, tolls, parking, state entry taxes on the day, the chauffeur's allowance, water and Wi-Fi.
- Outside the rate Monument tickets, guides and anything the desk books for you through the travel desk, itemised separately.
- Garage time Not charged in the metros. Charged for vans and outstation bookings only, and shown on the quote.
Longer than a day
When the hourly clock becomes a private chauffeur
Three days of meetings, a week touring Rajasthan or a season in Goa are cheaper and simpler as a private chauffeur engagement: one vehicle and one driver for the duration at a daily or weekly rate, the same face at the door every morning, and the chauffeur's lodging inside the rate for outstation stays.
