How it is priced
Daily and weekly rates that reward the commitment
- Daily rate Ten hours and a kilometre allowance in the city; overtime in fifteen-minute steps. Cheaper per hour than the standard hourly rate.
- Weekly rate Six or seven working days at a further discount, with one day off for the chauffeur or a relief driver arranged.
- Outstation The chauffeur's lodging and meals are inside the rate; state entry taxes and tolls on the route are inside the quote.
- Monthly Quoted individually, with the vehicle and chauffeur dedicated and a relief roster.
- The same chauffeur Kept on the booking wherever possible. If a change is unavoidable, the desk tells you the day before and briefs the replacement.

Every private chauffeur holds a commercial permit, has passed police verification and a background check, wears a uniform, speaks English and the language of the city, and has been trained in the etiquette of executive and hospitality work: when to speak, when to open the door, where to wait.
