Airport transfers that are already inside when you land

The six busiest

Where the chauffeur stands at each metro airport

Every metro airport has its own pickup rule; the confirmation email names the exact meeting point for the terminal you land at. These are the six we drive most, with the meeting point we use unless you ask for a kerbside pickup.

Delhi, Indira Gandhi International

Terminal 3 handles all international and full-service domestic flights; T1 the low-cost domestic carriers. The chauffeur waits in the T3 arrivals meeting hall past the customs exit with a name board. Aerocity is ten minutes, Connaught Place thirty to fifty, Cyber City in Gurugram twenty-five to sixty depending on the hour.

Mumbai, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International

Terminal 2 for international and full-service domestic, Terminal 1 for low-cost domestic. Meeting point at the arrivals gate on the T2 arrivals level. BKC is twenty to forty minutes, Nariman Point and Colaba forty-five to ninety, with the Sea Link taken when it is quicker. Navi Mumbai International is the second airport from December 2025.

Bengaluru, Kempegowda International

Terminal 2 for most full-service and international carriers, Terminal 1 for the rest; check the airline. Meeting point at the arrivals exit of the terminal on the booking. Hebbal and Manyata in thirty-five minutes, MG Road in sixty to ninety, Whitefield and Electronic City ninety minutes or more at peak.

Hyderabad, Rajiv Gandhi International

A single terminal at Shamshabad. Meeting point at the arrivals exit; the Outer Ring Road and the elevated expressway put HITEC City and Gachibowli at thirty-five to fifty minutes and Banjara Hills at forty-five.

Chennai International

International and domestic terminals connected airside. Meeting point at the arrivals exit of the terminal on the booking. Guindy in fifteen minutes, Anna Salai and Nungambakkam in thirty to forty-five, OMR and Sholinganallur forty-five to seventy.

Kolkata, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International

One integrated terminal. Meeting point at the arrivals exit. Salt Lake and New Town in twenty to thirty minutes, Park Street and the Maidan hotels in forty-five to seventy, Howrah in sixty to ninety.

How the pickup works

Tracked, met, and never charged for the airline's delay

  • At booking You give us the flight number. The booker prices the fare from the terminal, not from a guess at the airport.
  • The day before The chauffeur's name, photo, phone and registration plate reach you by WhatsApp and SMS. Nothing needs downloading.
  • On the day Dispatch watches the airline feed. An early landing brings the chauffeur forward; a delay holds them back. Your phone gets a message when the car is on the way.
  • In arrivals A name board, or the company name you asked for instead. Sixty minutes of waiting after a domestic landing and ninety after an international one are inside the fare.
  • At the kerb The chauffeur handles the bags. Airport parking, tolls and state entry taxes are already in the figure you paid. There is nothing to add.

Which vehicle

Count the bags before you count the people

A Mercedes-Benz E-Class carries three passengers and two checked bags, which is one couple returning from a week away or three colleagues with carry-ons. Four people with luggage need the Fortuner or the Innova Hycross; a family returning from abroad with a stroller needs the Carnival. Groups of seven to twelve travel together in an executive van with room for every case behind the last row. The booker shows the seat and bag count next to each option.

Airport questions

Asked before almost every airport booking

How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?

Sixty minutes after a domestic arrival and ninety minutes after an international one are included, measured from the aircraft landing rather than from the scheduled time. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute steps at the hourly rate for the vehicle class. Give us the flight number and delays simply move the chauffeur.

Where will I find the chauffeur at Delhi or Mumbai airport?

At Delhi Terminal 3 the chauffeur waits in the arrivals meeting hall past the customs exit with a name board; at Mumbai Terminal 2 at the international or domestic arrivals gate on Level 2. Every airport page and every confirmation email names the exact spot for the terminal you land at, or a curbside pickup if you prefer to call once you have your bags.

Is the fare fixed, or does it change with traffic?

Transfers are quoted as a fixed all-in fare for the journey. Traffic, weather and road closures are our problem, not a surcharge. Hourly bookings are billed for the hours reserved plus any extension you ask for on the day, at the same hourly rate. Tolls, airport parking and state entry taxes are inside the figure.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?

Every chauffeur on an international or inbound-tourist booking speaks English; Hindi and the regional language of the city are standard. Chauffeurs with other languages can be requested for touring itineraries with notice.

Do you provide child seats?

Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats and boosters are available in the SUVs, MPVs and vans at no charge when requested at booking.

Should I take the Airport Express metro in Delhi instead?

The Airport Express line runs from T3 to New Delhi station in about twenty minutes and is a good choice for one person with a carry-on heading to a hotel near Connaught Place. A black car is door to door, carries the luggage, and costs about the same for three people as three metro fares plus the last-mile taxi. Most of our Delhi clients are groups of two or more, or are going to Gurugram, Noida or Aerocity where the metro does not help.
