Payments: cards, UPI, invoices and deposits
The fare shown in the booker is the fare charged. This page explains what is inside it, how it is paid, and how accounts are invoiced.

How to pay
Cards in the online booker
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are charged when the booking is confirmed, at the fare shown before payment. The card statement carries RUTZ.IN. Card details are handled by the booking engine's payment processor and are not stored by us.
UPI and bank transfer
UPI and NEFT or IMPS transfer are accepted for deposits on weddings, film units, multi-day engagements and multi-vehicle bookings, and for balances agreed with a coordinator. The desk sends the UPI ID or the account details with the quote; the booking is confirmed when the transfer is received.
Corporate and agency accounts
Journeys are booked against the account and invoiced monthly with a GST-compliant statement itemised by traveller, cost centre and date, plus the tax invoice for each journey. Terms are net 30 from the statement date unless agreed otherwise. Hotels, DMCs and travel agencies are invoiced with their agreed commission or margin applied.
Cash
Accepted for gratuities only. Fares, deposits and balances are paid by card, UPI, transfer or invoice so that every journey carries a receipt.
Currency
Fares are in Indian rupees. International cards are charged in rupees and converted by the card issuer; overseas journeys through the network are quoted in rupees with the local fare fixed at booking.

GST is charged at the rate applicable to chauffeur-driven passenger transport on the date of the journey and is shown separately on every invoice.
