An Indian wedding is four days, six functions, three hundred guests and one time that cannot move. The cars are planned backwards from that time: the baraat arrival, the bride's car, the family fleet and the guest vans, with a coordinator on the phone from the first pickup to the last flight.

The baraat car
An S-Class, a vintage car or an open-top for the groom's arrival, decorated to the planner's brief, timed to the band and the procession rather than to the clock.
The bride's car
A luxury sedan or V-Class with room for the lehenga, a chauffeur briefed on the photographer's plan and the vidaai timing.
The family fleet
Sedans and SUVs assigned to the two families for the four days, each with a chauffeur who knows the family and the venues.
Guest transport
Vans and coaches on a manifest between the airport, the hotels and the venues, with a coordinator at each pickup point and the loops timed to the functions.
Airport arrivals and departures
Guests met at Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa or Jodhpur with the wedding's name on the board, and the departures timed to the flights on the last morning.

The same fleet on the hourly clock for the smaller celebrations: a dinner, a milestone birthday, an engagement, a night that runs long.

A palace wedding in Udaipur or Jaipur, a beach wedding in Goa, a fort wedding in Jodhpur or Alwar, a hill wedding in Mussoorie or Shimla: the venue is rarely in the city the guests fly into, and the transport is the part of the plan the planner cannot see from the venue. The desk builds the airport manifests from the guest list, assigns vans to hotels, runs the loops to each function and keeps a coordinator on site. Vehicles come from the nearest metro where the destination's own fleet is not enough.
