Leisure hours go to Old Goa, where the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Se Cathedral share one car park, the Fontainhas Latin quarter in Panaji, which is a walk with the car left at the edge, Fort Aguada and Chapora Fort for the views, and the Ponda spice plantations for lunch. Carnival in February or March and the Shigmo parades in March close Panaji's riverside roads for the floats, the Film Festival in November fills the Kala Academy and the Panaji hotels, and the chauffeur plans around the closures. Dinner runs across the state finish the day with the car outside the restaurant.

Why do you charge Goa by the hour rather than by distance?
Because the roads are two-lane and slow, and a 20 km beach-to-beach run can take an hour in season. The hour rate covers the car, the chauffeur, fuel and a generous kilometre allowance, so a Verna plant visit or a beach day costs what it takes rather than what the map says.
Can the car get into Fontainhas and the old quarters?
The lanes of Fontainhas in Panaji and the inner streets of Old Goa's village are narrow, so the chauffeur parks at the edge of the quarter and you walk; the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Se Cathedral have a shared car park and the car waits there for you.
Do you handle conference shuttles in Panaji?
Yes. The Grand Hyatt at Bambolim, the Panaji hotels and the indoor stadium at Taleigao host the state's conferences and the Film Festival in November; we run delegate shuttles from Dabolim and Mopa and hold cars at the venue by the hour, under one coordinator for the organiser.
