On the international card the executive sedan is $190 an hour with a four-hour minimum, $220 for an IGI transfer, $420 for the four-hour, forty-kilometre half day, $1,400 for the eight-hour, eighty-kilometre day and $1,700 for the charter day; extra hours are $190 and extra kilometres $3. GST is added; tolls on the DND and the expressways, parking and any state entry tax are at cost; a night allowance of $50 applies between 10 pm and 6 am.
