How a VIP chauffeur is selected, and what the client can see
Every RUTZ.IN chauffeur clears the same baseline: commercial licence and state transport badge, police verification, background check, a clean record with the desk. VIP engagements draw from the smaller group who have done this work for years, whose files carry the additional references, and who are known to the coordinators personally. The client receives the chauffeur's name, photograph, licence number and vehicle registration before the engagement, and a security team may interview the chauffeur beforehand. Where the client's own process requires it, the chauffeur completes that too.
Vehicles on VIP work are checked the morning of the booking by the chauffeur and, on multi-vehicle days, by the coordinator: tyres, fuel, papers, the cabin, the chargers, the water. Registrations are shared in advance so a security detail can check them against the Parivahan records and add them to a venue's gate list. Armoured vehicles are available in Delhi and Mumbai through the network at a separate quote, with the lead time and the permits explained honestly.
On the day, the coordinator is the single point of contact for the client's team. The chauffeurs report to the coordinator; the coordinator reports to the aide or the security lead; the principal is not asked to manage anything.

How a VIP day runs in an Indian city
A VIP day is mostly routine, done carefully. This is the routine, in the order it happens.
- The advance The route, the stops, the gates and the parking are checked the day before, in person where the venue is unfamiliar. The hotel's security and the venue's are told which vehicles to expect.
- The stage Vehicles are in position fifteen minutes early, cleaned, fuelled, engines off, chauffeurs beside them. The escort SUV, if booked, carries the detail and the luggage.

How to book VIP chauffeur service
VIP engagements are not booked on the public booking page. Send the dates, the cities, the number of principals and vehicles, the security arrangements and the paperwork requirements through the contact page, or by email if the brief is long; the desk replies with a written proposal, the chauffeurs proposed with their files, the vehicles and registrations, and the rate. Rates are built from the luxury and executive classes on the rates page, with the escort SUV, a second chauffeur for days over twelve hours, and any armoured or positioning costs shown as separate lines. Corporate and government accounts are invoiced monthly; private clients and overseas offices pay a deposit and settle by card or transfer.
Lead time matters more here than anywhere else in the business. A single S-Class with a senior chauffeur can be arranged in a day in a metro; a matched convoy with an advance in three cities wants a week or two; a programme in the wedding season or a festival week wants longer, and the desk will say so at the first reply.

Do you provide bodyguards or armed security?
No. RUTZ.IN provides chauffeurs and vehicles and works alongside the client's own security detail or an executive-protection firm. Chauffeurs are trained to operate with a detail, and armoured vehicles can be sourced in Delhi and Mumbai at a separate quote.
Will the chauffeur sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, before the engagement begins, on the client's paper or on RUTZ.IN's. Confidentiality is standard on every booking; a signed agreement is standard on VIP work.
Can you meet a private jet airside?
At general-aviation terminals and FBOs where the operator permits airside access, the chauffeur meets the aircraft steps; elsewhere the car is at the GA terminal door. The private aviation page lists the fields and the arrangements at each.
How many vehicles can you provide for a delegation?
As many matching vehicles as the programme needs, with a lead car, escort SUVs and a coordinator on the ground; larger delegations draw on the network in each city. Registrations and chauffeur files are shared in advance for gate lists.
