How Goa corporate work is priced
Accounts are priced from the same published cards as every booking, which keeps the statement auditable: the executive sedan at $220 for an airport transfer, $190 an hour with a four-hour minimum and $1,400 for the eight-hour day on the international card, the premium MPV at $250 for the airport transfer and $1,600 for the day, the executive Tempo Traveller at $450 and $3,200, with the luxury and SUV classes scaling from them and the charter tiers discounting multi-day engagements. Offsite manifests are quoted as a package from the same cards, with the coordinators shown as a line. How to open a Goa corporate account
Through the corporate accounts page or the contact page: the desk asks for the travel policy, the approvers, the cost centres and, for an offsite, the flight list and the run sheet, and the account is live with a named coordinator within a few working days. A company's event agency or travel management company can book on its behalf with the account code. Accounts held outside India are billed on the international card in dollars with the same statement format. An offsite in the November to February season wants the manifest a few weeks ahead, because the group vehicles are committed to weddings on the same dates.
