Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi to the city
Gurugram passengers use Delhi's terminals: the chauffeur waits inside T3 international arrivals beside the customs exit, or outside T1 and T2 domestic arrivals, and the ticket terminal is confirmed the night before. From T3 the car joins NH48 southbound within minutes; Cyber City, Udyog Vihar and the Oberoi and Trident are about 15 km and 25 to 40 minutes, Golf Course Extension Road and Sector 62 about 25 km and up to an hour in the evening, and Manesar about 35 km beyond the Kherki Daula toll plaza.

Where a day in Gurugram actually goes
Cyber City and DLF Phase 3 hold the consulting, technology and financial head offices along with Cyber Hub for lunches; Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road carry the newer towers and the residential addresses executives return to; Udyog Vihar is the older office and garment-export estate next to the Delhi border; Manesar and the IMT hold the automotive and component plants. A typical day-hire starts at a Cyber City or Golf Course Road hotel, runs a Manesar plant visit in the morning and a Cyber City meeting after lunch, and the chauffeur holds the car throughout. Medanta in Sector 38 and Fortis Memorial in Sector 44 are the regular medical-travel destinations.

Day trips, festivals and occasions from Gurugram
From Gurugram the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway reaches the Yamuna Expressway without crossing Delhi, which makes Agra a practical day trip; Neemrana Fort is an hour and a half down NH48 for lunch and a heritage walk. Sultanpur National Park is a winter-morning birding run. Wedding season from November to February fills the farmhouse venues on Sohna Road and the ballrooms at the Leela Ambience and Taj City Centre. Rail passengers are met at Gurgaon station (GGN) for the few trains that stop there, and more often at New Delhi (NDLS) or Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM), which the chauffeur reaches in 45 to 75 minutes.
