India tour packages: fifteen circuits, one car and one chauffeur on each
Fifteen multi-day circuits, covering the Golden Triangle and Rajasthan in the north-west, Kerala and the temple south, the Himalaya in Himachal and Uttarakhand, the eastern hills and the Northeast, and the western states of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Each runs on our own chauffeurs from cities we operate in daily, and each is priced from the same published rate card as an airport transfer.

The model
What separates these from a conventional tour package
A conventional package bundles hotels, transport, entries and a guide into one per-person figure, and the margin sits somewhere inside it where you cannot see it. We split the package in two and publish the half we control. The transport — vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, and the chauffeur’s own meals and accommodation on the road — is the published charter-day rate multiplied by the days, and you can check that against the rates page in about ten seconds.
The other half — stays, meals, monument entries, licensed guides — is quoted on request rather than published, because those are contracted per date and per hotel category and any printed figure would be stale or padded. Send the dates and the category and the desk returns an itemised written quote. A good number of repeat travellers take the transport alone and book their own hotels.
What does not vary is the driving. One car and one chauffeur carry the whole circuit, from the airport meet to the final drop. No re-assignment at a city boundary, no shared coach, and no new driver on day four who does not know where you asked to stop.
The other thing a published transport price buys you is the ability to compare. A per-person package figure is impossible to check against anything; a charter-day rate multiplied by a number of days is arithmetic you can do on the rates page while you are reading the itinerary. If the circuit page and the rates page disagree, the rates page is right and the desk will honour it — both are generated from the same table for exactly that reason.
It also means the price does not move with the season. A charter day in Rajasthan in January costs what it costs in July, and a circuit quoted three months out costs the same as one quoted a fortnight out. Hotels do move with the season, sharply, which is the honest reason we quote them separately rather than averaging them into a headline figure that would be wrong for most dates.

North-west
The Golden Triangle in three lengths, Rajasthan in three, and Punjab for Amritsar and Dharamshala.
The Himalaya
Himachal for Shimla, Manali and Dharamshala, Uttarakhand for the Ganga and the first hills, and Darjeeling and Sikkim in the east.
The south
Kerala in three lengths, the Tamil Nadu temple line, and Karnataka for Mysore, Coorg and the Nilgiris.
East and west
The Northeast, the Buddhist circuit, Odisha, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa.
What we do not sell
The honest limits of this programme
Every circuit here runs from a city where we operate chauffeurs daily, which is what makes the airport meet, the vehicle standard and the named coordinator ours rather than subcontracted. That sets a boundary, and it is worth stating plainly.
Circuits that depend on flights and ferries — the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep — are not published here, because we would be reselling someone else’s ground handling and describing it as our own. Between them those two destinations account for a great deal of Indian package search volume, and we would rather lose it than misrepresent what we operate.
Ladakh and Kashmir are road circuits we have no base city for. We can arrange them through affiliates and will quote them, but the page will say that the chauffeur is a partner’s rather than implying otherwise. The same applies to Lumbini in Nepal on the Buddhist circuit, where our chauffeur takes you to the border at Sonauli and a vetted Nepal-side vehicle continues.
Where a circuit is not published at all, the charter builder prices a multi-day route of any shape on the same card and the desk builds the run sheet. That is how most of these fifteen started.
The standard
Who drives, and what the rate covers
Every chauffeur on a circuit holds a commercial licence and a state transport badge, has cleared police verification and a background check, wears a uniform and speaks English and Hindi alongside the local language. Every vehicle carries a commercial permit, fitness certificate and insurance, and the registration goes on the written confirmation so a hotel or a security office can check it against the Parivahan records.
The charter day is ten hours and 300 kilometres, which is the shape an intercity touring day takes, and it includes fuel and the chauffeur’s meals and accommodation on outstation nights. Tolls, parking, state entry taxes, park permits and safari fees are charged at cost against receipts rather than estimated into the fare. GST is added at the applicable rate.
Cancellation is the same on a ten-day circuit as on a single airport transfer: free more than 72 hours before the first pickup, 10% inside 72 hours, 50% inside 48 hours, and the full first day inside 24 hours or for a no-show. It is set out on the cancellation policy page rather than buried in a booking condition.
Vehicle age is worth stating too, because it is the thing most often glossed over. Our own fleet and the partner vehicles we use on these circuits are held to a maximum age, and a car that no longer meets it comes off the circuit work rather than being quietly assigned to a longer trip where it is less visible. On a ten-day road circuit that matters considerably more than it does on a thirty-minute airport run.
Booking
How to book any circuit
Open the circuit, pick the length and the vehicle class, and book the transport direct on the booking page with the fare fixed before payment. The chauffeur’s name and licence number and the vehicle registration arrive the day before the first pickup. For the all-inclusive version, send your dates and the hotel category through the contact page for an itemised written quote within one working day.
Overseas travellers are billed on the international card in dollars. The travel desk handles flights and stays around the circuit, and through Limousine Association International affiliates the same desk arranges the chauffeur at the other end in 56 countries.

How many tour circuits do you run?
Fifteen, each in two or three lengths, giving about thirty-five published itineraries. Every one runs on our own chauffeurs from a city we operate in daily.
Is the price per person or for the car?
For the car. Four people in a premium MPV pay the same transport figure as two. What moves the price is the vehicle class and the number of days, not the headcount.
Why are hotels not included in the published price?
Because stay rates are contracted per date and per category, so any printed figure would be stale or padded. We quote them in writing against your dates instead, itemised, so the two halves stay visible.
Do you run tours to the Andamans or Lakshadweep?
No. Those depend on flights and ferries and we have no ground fleet there; publishing them would mean reselling someone else’s handling as our own. We would rather lose the enquiry than misrepresent it.
Can you arrange Ladakh or Kashmir?
Through affiliates, and we will say so plainly rather than implying our own chauffeurs are driving. We have no base city in either.
Can we book the transport only?
